Using passNMC

• - passNMC provides exam preparation content, progress tools, and subscription-based premium features for learners.
• - You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for using the app lawfully.
• - You may not copy, resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the protected learning content without permission.

Subscriptions and billing

• - The Android app is free to install and premium access is sold through Google Play subscriptions.
• - Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the store where you purchased them.
• - Premium access can take a short time to sync after purchase while store and backend entitlements reconcile.

Availability and support

• - We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, store outages, or provider failures can temporarily affect access.
• - Support is available through the in-app support area, the restore-access flow, or by email at support@passnmc.com.
• - We may update content, pricing, or product features over time to improve the service.

Account deletion

• - You can request account deletion from inside the app or from the delete-account page on this website.
• - Once deletion is completed, your sign-in account and linked app records are permanently removed from our product systems.
